Disney's hit cartoon series sneaks to the Nintendo DS in Kim Possible: Kimmunicator. The three-dimensional side-scroller may keep fans busy, however most players will want to blow their cover.

In Kim Possible: Kimmunicator, Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable sneak into the henchmen army to rescue pal Wade from the evil clutches of Drakken. Armed with spy gadgets and the pet mole rat Rufus, the Kim will punch, kick, and jump her way to complete her mission.

The levels take place on a two-dimensional plane that utilize a 3D graphics engine. Each will require Kim Possible to leap to various platforms, knock out the occasional goon, and find a way to the level's end.

Kim Possible carries various gadgets with her, including a pet mole that players will need to control in order to sneak into ducts and cut wires. Other items include a hairbrush to unlock doors and first-aid kits to recover health. All items are accessible through touch screen and make it easy to players to tap their way into Kim's inventory.

The basic level design will mainly have the agile Kim Possible jumping, twirling and running through each. The combat system includes a punch and kick that don't snap as fast as it could and has some animation delay. The bad timing makes it difficult to attack some enemies, including standard henchmen, jumping toasters, moving refrigerators.

There's not much to do in Kim Possible to make it seem more like a time trial rather than actual game. The bosses are very easy and there's nary a situation that will be a challenge even for kids.

The game features a solid graphics engine that moves at 30 frames per second. The environment is full of color and all characters animate in style. The sound track is mechanical and doesn't do much to keep a energetic mood.

Kim Possible: Kimmunicator is a game that will only appeal to the series' fans and leave little for the action platform player. Still, Kim does manage to look good when she's handling her business.
