Media Create Co. this month reported the PS4 sold 33,407 units between Nov. 27 to Dec. 3 to rank No. 3 in overall hardware sales.
The hardware sold 26,909 units the week prior.
Call of Duty WWII ranked as the No. 8 software for the week selling 15,505 units. It ranked as the No. 5 software the week prior.
Sony this week said the Playstation 4 has sold through more than 70.6 million units at global retail.
The sales figure is as of Dec. 3.
In addition, PS4 software has sold 617.8 million units in retail and digital formats.

Capcom Co. Ltd. this week released Dead Rising 4: Frank Rising for the Playstation 4.
Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package includes the game, all download content, and all bonus content at $49.99.
Atlus USA Inc. this week said it will release Dragon’s Crown Pro for the Playstation 4.
Dragon’s Crown Pro is an enhanced version of the 2D side-scrolling action RPG that includes 4K compatibility and a live orchestra soundtrack.
The final game will include cross-play and cross-save functionality between PS3 and PS Vita SKUs.
It will be sold spring 2018 at $49.99.

Media Create Co. this month reported that the Xbox One X sold 213 units between Nov. 27 to Dec. 3 to rank No. 5 in overall sales. In addition, the Xbox One sold 295 units in the same period.
Capcom Co. Ltd. this week said it will release Mega Man 11 in late 2018.
Mega Man 11 is a 2.5D side-scrolling action title that includes Mega Man in a battle against Dr. Wily and Robot Master bosses.
The final game will include brand new hand-drawn characters and environments.
Bandai Namco Games America Inc. this week said it will release Soulcalibur VI.
Soulcalibur VI is the latest chapter in the 1v1 weapons-based fighting game series.
The final game will include classic characters Sophitia and Mitsurugi.
Telltale Games this week released The Walking Dead Collection.
The Walking Dead Collection includes the recent third season, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, and graphics upgraded versions of Season One, Season Two, The 400 Days, and the Michonne mini-series.
It sells at $49.99.

Media Create Co. this month reported that the Nintendo Switch sold 124,770 units between Nov. 27 and Dec. 3 to rank as the No. 1 hardware for the week.
It sold 145,200 units the week prior.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 ranked as the No. 2 software selling 97,732 units for the week.
Nintendo this week released DLC Pack 2 for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the Nintendo Switch and the Wii U.
DLC Pack 2: The Champion’s Ballad, includes a new original story, new dungeon, additional challenges, and the new Master Cycle Zero.
2K Games this week released WWE 2K18.
WWE 2K18 includes MyCAREER, Road to Glory to compete online and improve MyPlayer, Creation Suite, and the largest roster of WWE, NXT and legendary Superstars.
Capcom Co. Ltd. this week said it will release Mega Man Legacy Collection and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 to the Nintendo Switch in spring 2018.
Mega Man Legacy Collection includes Mega Man 1 to 6 8-bit titles and a new Rewind accessibility option.
Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 includes Mega Man 7 to 10.
Mega Man 11 will be released in late 2018.
Sega Corp. and Nintendo Co. Ltd. this week said it will release Bayonetta 3 to the Nintendo Switch.
The title is currently in development.
In addition, Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 will be sold in a single retail SKU Feb. 18, 2018. The package will include the Bayonetta 2 cartridge and a download code for Bayonetta.
