Mojang AB this week said it will released the Minecraft Better Together Beta for Windows 10 and Android.

The Better Together Beta allows users to stress test the update, which will unify versions of Minecraft for console, mobile and Windows 10.

The beta includes access to new items and Course Dirt.

Digital owners can enter the beta via the Xbox Insider Hub under Minecraft Beta.

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition includes eight-player local and online craft functionality, multiple input support, and GameDVR functionality to record and share gameplay.

The final game includes cross-platform multiplayer for up to five players on a local network between Minecraft: Pocket Edition and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition, in addition to five player online functionality to the Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition via Xbox Live.
