Media Create Co. this month reported the PS4 sold 118,350 units between Nov. 28 and Dec. 4 to rank No. 1 in overall hardware sales.
The sales figure includes 8,032 PS4 Pro units sold in the same period.
It sold 42,102 units the week prior.
Final Fantasy XV ranked as the No. 1 software for the week selling 690,471 units.

Nihon Falcom Corp. this month said it will release Ys Origin for the Playstation 4 and the PS Vita.
Ys Origin, released in Japan in 2006, is a remastered version of the original title that will include brand new features.
It will be sold Feb. 21, 2017.

Media Create Co. this month said the PS Vita sold 20,141 units between Nov. 28 and Dec. 4 to rank as the No. 3 hardware for the week.
It sold 12,240 units the week prior.
Minecraft: PS Vita Edition ranked as the No.9 software 8,028 units for the week.
Sales for Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One hardware ranked at No. 6 in Japan in the latest retail data from the region.
Media Create Co. this month reported that the Xbox One sold 256 units between Nov. 28 to Dec. 4 to rank No. 6 in overall sales.
It sold 778 units the week prior.
Final Fantasy XV ranked as the No. 19 software selling 3,791 units for the week.
Microsoft this week released Dead Rising 4 for the Xbox One and the PC.
Dead Rising 4 includes Frank West, the photographer from the first installment of the series, and includes new weapons and vehicles.
The final game includes new zombie classes and EXO Suits.

Rogue One: Scarif is the fourth and final expansion pack. It includes two new heroes – Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic, four new maps, new weapons, and a new multi-stage game mode with space and ground combat.

Sprint this week said it will partner with Niantic, Inc. and Nintendo’s Pokémon GO to create PokéStops and Pokemon Gyms at Sprint, Boost Mobile and Sprint at RadioShack locations.
Under the agreement, starting Dec. 12, customers can visit Sprint, Boost Mobile and Sprint at RadioShack stores to collect in-game items including Poké Balls and Eggs, battle at Sprint-sponsored Gyms, and recharge their phones.
In Pokémon GO, users can walk around their neighborhood to search and catch Pokémon, visit PokéStops at points of interest, and take on Gym battles.
