Sony Corp. this week will release the Playstation 4 Pro to U.S. retail.
The PS4 Pro, to be sold Nov. 10, will include 4K and HDR functionality to improve graphics fidelity. In addition, it will include an 8-core AMD Jaguar CPU, GPU at 4.20 TFLOPS, 8GB GDDR5 RAM, and 1TB hard drive. Current PS4 titles will be forward compatible with the PS4 Pro.
It will be sold at $399.99.
A total of 39 titles will be optimized to support the new hardware, including Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, Driveclub VR, Mafia III, NBA 2K17, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Titanfall 2, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and Until Dawn: Rush of Blood.
