Microsoft Corp. this week previewed Forza Horizon 3 for the Xbox One and PC.

The preview build included the Lamborghini Centenario and a 4 x 4 truck.

The Centenario held smooth drive controls in a hill-based surface track against other super sport vehicles.

Forza Horizon 3By comparison, the 4 x 4 truck race held less grip and traction in a seaside dirt road race.

The graphics engine was solid at 30 frames-per-second with high-detail vehicles and gorgeous open road track scenary.

Forza Horizon 3 will include a new Australia location and trademark open-world races.

The final game will include four-player campaign co-op functionality and Xbox Play Anywhere support.

It will be sold Sept. 27.
