Sales for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4 ranked as the No. 2 hardware in Japan in the latest data from the region.
Media Create Co. this month reported the PS4 sold 32,557 units between Jan. 25 to Jan. 31 to rank No. 2 in overall hardware sales.
It sold 24,441 units the week prior.
Dragon Quest Builders: Alefgard o Fukkatsu Niseyo ranked as the No. 2 best-selling software for the week, selling 141,369 at launch.
Sony this week said it will release the Playstation 4 Uncharted 4 Bundle to U.S. retail Apr. 26, 2016.
The bundle will include limited edition PS4 500GB SKU in Gray Blue with a silk screened image of Nathan Drake, Gray Blue Dualshock 4 Controller, and a copy of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End at $399.99.
Pre-order customers will receive a voucher for the Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune Outfit, Gold Weapon Skin, and Uncharted Points for Multiplayer Mode.
Sony this week released free Playstation 4, Playstation 3 and PS Vita titles for Playstation Plus members to the Playstation Network division for Feb. 2016.
PS Plus titles include Helldivers: Democracy Strikes Back (PS4, PS3, PS Vita), Nom Nom Galaxy (PS4), Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (PS3), Grid Autosport (PS3), Lemmings Touch (PS Vita), Nova-111 (PS Vita).
Capcom Co. this month released the Story Trailer for Street Fighter V.
The trailer previews game modes including Tutorial, Character Story Mode, Survival Mode, Training Mode, Network Battle, and CFN from the final game.
Street Fighter V, to be sold Feb. 16, will feature cross-platform play to unite fighters into a centralized database.
Sony this week released Gravity Rush Remastered for the Playstation 4 to U.S. retail.
Gravity Rush Remastered is an updated version of the PS Vita release that will include brand new HD graphics and all three DLC Packs.
Gravity Rush is a third-person action game that includes dozens of missions, cel-shaded graphics, and beat-em-up enemy and boss battles.
Bandai Namco Games America Inc. this week released Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth for the Playstation 4 and PS Vita to U.S. retail.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is a turn-based RPG that will include more than 200 Digimon to collect, digital world and real world locations in Japan, and team battles.
It sells at $59.99.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment this week will release LEGO Marvel’s Avengers for the Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 to the Playstation Network division.
LEGO Marvel’s Avengers is an action adventure title that will feature key components in the Avengers franchise including characters and locations.
The final game includes brand new characters and gameplay mechanics.
Idea Factory International Inc. this week released Megadimension Neptunia VII for the Playstation 4 to U.S. retail.
Megadimension Neptunia VII is a turn-based RPG that includes three worlds with new CPUs and characters, and a new transformation mode.
The final game includes link attacks, Parts Break to split enemies into pieces and lower their stats, and Japanese and English voiceovers.

Microsoft this week released Xbox Live Games with Gold for the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 in Feb. 2016.
In Feb., Xbox One titles include Hand of Fate from Feb. 1st to the 29th and Styx: Master of Shadows from Feb. 16th to Mar. 15th.
Xbox 360 titles include Citadel Feb. 1st to the 15th and Gears of War 2 Feb. 16th to the 29th.
Bandai Namco Games America Inc. this week said it will release One Piece: Burning Blood May 31.
The PC SKU will be sold in June.
Developed by Spike Chunsoft Co. Ltd., One Piece: Burning Blood is a fighting title that includes trademark franchise characters.

Media Create Co. this month reported that the Wii U sold 8,931 units between Jan. 25 and Jan. 31 to rank at No. 4 in overall sales.
It sold 11,298 units the week prior.
Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash ranked as the No. 3 best-selling software for the week. It has sold 1.21 million copies in the region.
Nintendo this week reported a 36 percent decline in profit due to low Wii U sales in the third quarter.
The company recorded net income of $241 million between Oct. and Dec. 2015.
The Wii U sold 1.87 million units in the period, down 2.1 percent from the year prior. The hardware has sold 12.6 million units to date.
The Nintendo 3DS sold 3.6 million units, down 28 percent one year ago in the same period. The hardware has sold 57.94 million units to date.

Capcom Co. this week released Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition to the Wii U Virtual Console division.
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition include Wii Remote functionality to aim, slash and evade enemies.
In the title, Leon S. Kennedy is a U.S. agent on a mission to rescue the president’s daughter.
In addition, the title includes a side campaign that features Ada Wong.
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition sells at $19.99.

Splatoon is a multiplayer competitive action game in which users take a squad of squids to spray ink to cover territory.

7th Dragon III Code: VFD is a dungeon crawler RPG that includes broad customization options.
The title will include eight classes, 40 voice options and 96 appearance variations to create and customize a dragon hunting team.
The final game includes character skills, side quests, and dating options.
Nintendo this week said it will release the mobile game Miitomo to mobile devices in Mar. 2016.
Starting Feb. 17, customers can pre-register for Miitomo by signing up for the new Nintendo Account service with email, social media or Nintendo Network IDs. Pre-register customers will receive a special Miitomo bonus.
Miitomo will allow users to design their own avatars and is said to encourage people to share things about themselves.
Microsoft this week released the Journey to the West skin pack to Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition and Minecraft: Pocket Edition.
The Journey to the West skin pack features main characters from iconic Chinese classical tales to celebrate the Year of the Monkey.
It includes Princess Iron Fan, Lord Hundred-Eyes, Bull Demon King, Monkey King, Jade Emperor, Monk Pig, Friar Sand, Lady Earth Flow, Spider Demon, Guanyin, Xuanzang, Pale Bone Demon, Black Wind Demon, Scorpian Demon, and Red Boy.
