Media Create Co. this month reported the PS4 sold 25,592 units between Jan. 11 to Jan. 17 to rank No. 2 in overall hardware sales.
It sold 36,559 units the week prior.
The Odin Sphere Leifthrasir PS4 SKU ranked as the No. 2 best-selling software for the week, selling 42,263 at launch.
Capcom Co. this week released Resident Evil Origins to U.S. retail.
Resident Evil Origins includes Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil HD remaster SKUs at $39.99.

In 2015, Call of Duty: Black Ops III ranked as the No. 1 PS4 PSN digital download title for the full year.
Wargaming.net this week released World of Tanks the Playstation 4 to the Playstation Network division.
World of Tanks is a free-to-play multiplayer title that includes 15 vs. 15 online battles, three nations, more than 130 tanks, and a store to purchase premium tanks.
The final game does not require Playstation Plus membership for online play.

Minecraft: PS Vita Edition ranked as the No. 9 software for the week selling 13,182 units.

Media Create Co. this month reported that the Xbox One sold 99 units between Jan. 11 and Jan. 17 to rank No. 6 in overall sales.
It sold 293 units the week prior.

Microsoft this week said it will release a new update to Xbox One Preview users that include features to be added to the Xbox One Dashboard.

It sold 24,722 units the week prior.
Splatoon ranked as the No. 6 best-selling software for the week. It has sold 1.18 million copies in the region.
Nintendo this week said the The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD for the Wii U will include an amiibo that unlocks a new dungeon in the title.
The Wolf Link amiibo, included in the retail SKU, will unlock the Cave of Shadows, a new bonus dungeon. When the dungeon is completed, users can save their hearts to the amiibo and use their hearts in the Cave of Shadows to replenish life energy.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, to be sold Mar. 4, is a remastered remake of the title previously released for the Wii and GameCube in 2006.
Nintendo this week said it will release Pokkén Tournament for the Wii U to U.S. retail Mar. 18.
Developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., Pokkén Tournament is an arcade fighting title that will include trademark Pokemon characters in battle.
First-run copies will include the special Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card which can be tapped to the Wii U GamePad to unlock Shadow Mewtwo as a playable character.
Nintendo this week said Star Fox Zero for the Wii U will include amiibo functionality.
The company said more details will be released in the future.
Star Fox Zero, to be sold Apr. 22, will include trademark franchise flight combat action.
The title will include Wii U GamePad functionality that utilizes the gyroscope to view around the cockpit and second screen function to shoot in first-person.

Media Create Co. this month said the Nintendo 3DS sold 42,372 units between Jan. 11 and Jan. 17 to rank as the No. 1 game hardware for the week.
The hardware sold 60,479 units the week prior.
Capcom Co.’s Monster Hunter X ranked as the No. 3 software for the week. It has sold 2.62 million copies in the region to date.
