Nintendo Co. Ltd. this week began selling a new Wii U bundle at U.S. retail.

The bundle includes the Wii U Deluxe Set and pre-installed versions of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Splatoon at $279.99.

Select retailers, including Target Corp. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. will sell the bundle at under $250 in Black Friday promotional sales.

Nintendo reported net income of $67.2 million between Apr. to June in Q1 results.

The Wii U console sold 470,000 units in Q1. Software sales held at 4.55 million.

Total Wii U sales have reached 10 million units in global markets.
