Capcom Co. this week said it will release Resident Evil Origins to Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4 and Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One Jan. 19. 2016.

Resident Evil Origins will include Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil HD remaster SKUs at $39.99.

Resident Evil ZeroResident Evil Zero, to be sold early 2016, was released to Nintendo Co.’s GameCube in 2002. It includes S.T.A.R.S. member Rebecca Chambers and convict Billy Coen and introduced a partner zapping system to switch between both characters.

Resident Evil Zero director Koji Oda and additional staff are returning to develop the new remastered version.

It will include an all-new Wesker Mode to play as Wesker along side Rebecca Chambers.

Capcom in 2015 released the Resident Evil HD Remaster.

It has sold more than 1 million units to date.
