Nintendo Co.’s Nintendo 3DS ranked as the No. 1 hardware in Japan in the latest sales data from the territory.
Media Create Co. this month said the Nintendo 3DS sold 28,703 units between July 6 and July 12 to rank as the No. 2 game hardware for the week.
The hardware sold 27,236 units the week prior.
Yo-Kai Watch Busters ranked as the No. 1 software for the week selling 693,538 units at launch.
For the fourth quarter, the company held revenue of $350 million and an operating profit of $250 million.
Nintendo 3DS handhelds sold 8.73 million units, a decline from 12.24 million the year prior. 3DS hardware has sold 52 million units to date.
