Microsoft Corp. this week previewed Forza Motorsport 6 for the Xbox One at the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

Forza Motorsport 6The preview build included the Ford GT in a Rio de Janeiro course that held at a 1080p native resolution at 60 frames-per-second.

The controls were solid with trademark simulation-based gameplay that veered with precision in each analog gas and brake press.

The curve-based track held strong draw distance in the mountainous terrain and beautiful construction, including a water view in the distance.

The final game will include 1080p, 60 frames-per-second graphics fidelity with new wet weather, 3D puddles, and night racing options.

Game modes include two-player split-screen races, 24-player online races and Drivatar functionality.

The final game is said to include more than 450 customizable cars and 26 locations.
