Retailer Amazon.com Inc. this week price cut Sega Corp.’s Alien: Isolation for the PC to under $30 in a new sales initiative.

This week, the Alien: Isolation PC SKU sells at $24.99, 50 percent off the $59.99 MSRP.

Alien: Isolation has sold more than one million units at global retail.

Developed by Creative Assembly, Alien: Isolation is a first-person survival horror title that includes Amanda Ripley, daughter of franchise veteran Ellen Ripley.

The title takes place 15 years after the first Alien film with Amanda in a mission to uncover the truth about her mother’s disappearance.

The final game allows users to scavenge resources and improvise to survive the Xenomorph.

Future DLC includes The Trigger.

Previous DLC includes Crew Expendable, The Last Survivor, Corporate Lockdown, and Lost Contact.

The original cast, including Sigourney Weaver (Ripley), Tom Skerritt (Dallas), Veronica Cartwright (Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (Brett) and Yaphett Khoto (Parker) reprise their roles from Alien in Crew Expendable and Last Survivor.
