Sony Corp. this week delayed the release of the DriveClub PS Plus Edition for the Playstation 4 to U.S. retail amid server issues.
The full game was released Oct. 7 and incurred an error to connect to the internet by select users. Developer Evolution Studios said it is investigating a wider server issue behind the problem.
The PS Plus Edition includes 11 tracks in one location (India), 10 vehicles, and access to all game modes.
Users who download the PS Plus Edition can upgrade to the full version for $49.99.
Developed by Evolution Studios, DriveClub is a racing simulation title that features social networking functionality to allow users to form racing groups and race with friends.
The final game includes a 1080p high definition graphics engine and Remote Play functionality via the PS Vita.
