Slegehammer Games this week said that it will not develop a version of Activision Blizzard Inc.’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare to Nintendo Co.’s Wii U.

Michael Foundry, co-founder of Slegehammer Games, tweeted this week that there will not be a version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for the Wii U and that it will focus on the release to Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One, and the PC.

Call of Duty Advanced WarfareCall of Duty: Advanced Warfare, to be sold Nov. 4, will include future-based battlegrounds and tactics.

New player movement includes boost jumps, grappling and covert cloaking. New equipment includes a class of directed-energy weaponry, exoskeletons, drones, and hover bikes.

The final game will feature Kevin Spacey as Jonathan Irons, the head of a Private Military Corporation.
