Sega Corp. this week demonstrated Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3 and the PS Vita at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles.

The preview build featured quick and snappy rhythm-based action in which users press buttons and directions in tune with the beat to sing along.

Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2ndThe pop tunes can carry very quick note presses for a instant challenge, and multiple variations to each press, including a button hold on key notes and the coordination of a direction and button press simultaneously.

The PS3 and PS Vita SKUs held similar graphics fidelity and 30 frames-per-second each and deep blacks against the PS Vita OLED display.

The final game features 40 tracks, four difficulties per track, Edit Mode to create custom videos and Rhythm games, and the option to share custom videos and games online.
