Nvidia Corp. this week announced the Tegra K1 mobile processor at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV.

Tegra K1The Tegra K1 is a next-generation 28nm mobile processor that includes the Kepler GPU with 192 cores and a quad-core ARM Cortex A15 CPU. In addition, the chip includes a third-generation battery-saver core to deliver strong levels of performance and battery life.

The final CPU will include a max clock speed of 2.3 Ghz, 4K display compatibility and 8G of max memory size.
