Sony Corp. this week said the VidZone application is now available for the Playstation 4.

VidZone is a free music video service that allows users to stream thousands of music videos.

In addition, users can utilize the PS4 Share functionality to share screenshots of music videos via Facebook or Twitter.

The PS4 has sold 2.1 million units in global territories.

The sales mark follows the release of the hardware in Europe and Latin America Nov. 29.

It sold through 1 million units in 24 hours post launch in the U.S. and Canada.

It will be sold Feb. 22 in Japan.

The PS4 is sold at $399.99.

The hardware utilizes a PC-like architecture with a x86-based AMD Jaguar 8-core CPU, a 1.84 TLFOPS AMD next-generation Radeon GPU, and GDDR5 8GB RAM. In addition, the hardware features a 6X Blu-ray disc drive, USB 3.0 interface, Ethernet, Bluetooth 2.1, HDMI, and digital output.

First-party titles for the PS4 include Killzone: Shadow Fall, DriveClub, Knack, Infamous: Second Son, and The Witness.
