Microsoft Corp. this week said the Xbox One hardware sold more than 909,000 units at U.S. retail in Nov.

The company said it sold 909,132 units in Nov.

The hardware has sold two million units at global retail in the first 18 days post launch.

The figure averages to 111,000 units sold per day.

Consumers have spent 83 million hours in games, TV, and apps on Xbox One since launch on Nov. 22.

The Xbox One features an 8-core AMD CPU, Radeon GPU, 8GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, Blu-ray disc drive, 802.11n Wireless with Wi-Fi Direct, HDMI, and USB 3.0.

It sells at $399.99.

First-party launch titles include Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, and Dead Rising 3.
