For the week of Nov. 25, Grand Theft Auto V ranked as the No. 1 Xbox Live title based on unique users.
Call of Duty: Ghosts ranked at No. 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II ranked at No. 3 in the same period.
Grand Theft Auto V is set in a present-day Southern California location and is the largest and most thriving world in the city of Los Santos.
Each of the three main characters holds specific attributes. Michael is an ex-bank robber who can slow down time to target during gun fights, Franklin is hired muscle who can drive and take sharp corners with a similar slow down technique, and Trevor is a loose cannon that can fly into a rage to take less damage and perform a unique melee attack.
Grand Theft Auto V generated more than $1 billion in global sales in the first 72 hours of release.
