Microsoft Corp. and Crytek Inc. this week said it will offer a Season Pass option for Ryse: Son of Rome for the Xbox One.
The Ryse: Son of Rome Season Pass will include four add-on packs with a total of 14 multiplayer maps, brand-new mode, six player skins, new level events, and access to new tier of weapons and armor at $19.99.
In addition, an in-game sword and shield with bonus attributes is included exclusively in the Season Pass.
Ryse: Son of Rome, to be sold in Nov., features Marius Titus on a campaign to avenge the death of his family.
His rise in the ranks of the Roman army will take him from a barbarian-filled Britannia to the center of Rome.
Other characters include Vitallion, a Roman general and mentor to Marius, and Nero, emperor of Rome and father to controllers of Brittania Commodus and Basillius.
The final game will include close-quarters combat, epic battle sequences, and Kinect functionality to command troops in battle.
The Xbox One will launch Nov. 22 in the U.S. at $499.99.
