Retailer GameStop Corp. this week said pre-order sales for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4 has sold out.
The retailer disclaims on its website that the PS4 is currently sold out. It differs customers to an email alert request form to be notified of future pre-order availability.
GameStop previously pre-sold the PS4 in stand-alone and bundle SKUs. Pre-orders began in June.
The PS4 will be sold at $399.99 this holiday.

PS4 first-party titles include Killzone: Shadow Fall, DriveClub, Knack, Infamous: Second Son, and The Witness.
Third-party titles include Capcom Co.’s Deep Down, Square Enix Holdings Co.’s Final Fantasy, Ubisoft Inc.’s Watch Dogs, and Activision Blizzard Inc.’s Diablo III and Destiny.
