EA Inc. this week announced Battlefield 4 for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4 and Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One.

The publisher said it will begin pre-order reservations at a ‘to be determined’ date.

Battlefield 4 will be sold this fall for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 and the PC.

The title will include new sea vehicles, indoor and outdoor warfare, environmental destruction, and the ability to command AI soldiers to focus fire on an individual or group of enemies.

Customers who pre-order the title will receive the Premium Expansion Pack.

In addition, GameStop Corp. customers will receive a pair of Battlefield 4 Dog Tags.

The previous entry, Battlefield 3 was released Oct. 24 and includes the Frostbite 2 engine, online vehicle warfare with land, sea, and air vehicles, and combat across the U.S., Europe, and Middle East.
