Microsoft Corp. this week said it will release a new Xbox 360 Special Edition Camoflauge Controller exclusively to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. locations in May.
The wireless controller will feature a camoflauge print, transforming d-pad, and sell at $54.99.
Microsoft in Jan. said it shipped 5.9 million Xbox 360 consoles in the second fiscal quarter, a decline from 8.2 million units the year prior.
The Entertainment and Devices division, which includes the Xbox business, recorded revenue of $3.8 billion, a 11 percent decline from one year ago.
Operating income increased 15 percent to $596 million.
