TYLT and Tagstand this week announced a partnership to produce new products that include NFC technology at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV.
TUNZ is a portable Bluetooth speaker that features USB ports for charging smartphones or tablets. The product includes a noise-canceling microphone, 20 hours of battery and NFC technology to allow users to switch profiles and compete actions by tapping. Additionally, it includes three interchangeable bands to customize the device with an outer bracket of color. It will be sold in Q2 2013 at $149.
CAPIO is a universal car phone mount that includes sticky technology to hold a device without clamps or brackets. NFC technology allows users to control phone actions just by placing the phone on the mount. It will be sold in Feb.
TAGZ are NFC tags that can be placed activate a phone, applications, profiles and more. It will be sold in packs of six in Feb.
Finally, the TYLT Energi Backpack allows users to charge up to three devices. It sells at $169.
Floor model units for flat-wired chargers felt sturdy and the flat rubber shell makes them impossible to tangle up. In addition, the CAPIO car phone mount held a very sticky grip that can be rinsed and wiped clean to preserve the adhesive.
TYLT provides an array of sleek and functionality mobile accessories, from the Band flat-cable USB car charger, Y-Charge to charge two USB devices in the car at once, and the Zumo 1500 mAh portable battery pack to provide backup charge to a smartphone or tablet.
