Atlus Inc.’s Persona 4 Golden for Sony Corp.’s Playstation Vita ranked in the top 20 sales this week at GameStop Corp.’s online division due to building demand.
This week, Persona 4 Golden ranked as the No. 20 best-selling pre-order product at GameStop.com.
Persona 4 Golden, to be sold Nov. 20, is an enhanced and expanded version of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4. The title includes new Personas, new story events, an all-new character, new cutscenes and more.
In addition, the title is said to include remastered graphics and 1.5 times the voiced dialogue of the original release.
Customers who pre-order Persona 4 Golden will receive a P4G-themed protective Vita skin.
The skin features Persona 4 Golden artwork and can protect the hardware from small scratches and dust.
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 was previously released to the Playstation 2 in 2008. In the title, users can enter an alternate TV world to combat demonic enemies. In conjunction, users must manage their social life at school and investigate mysterious murders in town.
The PS Vita, which began sale Feb. 22 in the U.S., is sold in a Wi-Fi only model at $249.99 and a 3G model at $299.99.
