Target Corp. this week discounted Nintendo Co.’s Nintendo 3DS by $20 in a new retail sale.
This week, the Nintendo 3DS holds a sale price of $149,.99, $20 off the $169.99 MSRP.
The Nintendo 3DS sold 1.9 million units in the first quarter, an increase from 710,000 units the year prior at a $249 launch price.
The handheld has sold 19 million units to date.
Nintendo launched the Nintendo 3DS handheld with 18 software titles Mar. 27.
The hardware includes two screens, a 3D Depth Slider, a Circle Pad, a 2GB SD Card and 3-D display technology that does not require the use of special glasses.
