Sales for Sony Corp.’s Playstation Vita fell back post a hardware spike in the latest retail data from Japan.
The PS Vita sold 14,106 units between Sept. 3 and Sept. 9 to rank as the No. 2 hardware for the week.
By comparison, the hardware sold 50,070the week prior.
The hardware ranked one title in the top 10 games for the week, Sega Corp.’s Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f at No. 5.
Meanwhile, the PSP sold 9,065 units to rank at No. 4 in the same period.
The PS Vita, which began sale Feb. 22 in the U.S., is sold in a Wi-Fi only model at $249.99 and a 3G model at $299.99.
