EA Inc. this week detailed new information for Madden NFL 13 for Nintendo Co.’s Wii U.
In a Q&A with ESPN, the developer said users will have the ability to draw hot routes and change plays dynamically using the Wii U GamePad.
In addition, users can play online with the Connected Careers Mode, which allows up to 32 people form their own league to play head-to-head. Lobbies and Leaderboards will also be included in the online component.
However, the new Infinity Engine, which will revamp the franchise’s physics in versions for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3 and Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360, will not be included in the first entry for Wii U.
