EA Inc. this week said Mass Effect 3 for Nintendo Co.’s Wii U will include the Extended Cut DLC released this summer.
The Extended Cut endings will override the original ending sequences released with the final product in Mar.
The Extended Cut DLC contains additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes to provide context and clarity to the ending.
Post release of Mass Effect 3, users complained about the title’s ending, which did not contain choices to affect the outcome and did not explain the whereabouts of certain characters.
Developed by Bioware Corp., Mass Effect 3 is a sci-fi action RPG with third-person shooter action and melee kills.
The Wii U will be released in 2012.
