Target Corp. this week price cut Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle to $265 in a new hardware initiative.

Through Mar. 10, the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle holds a sale price of $265.00, down from the $299.99 MSRP.

Microsoft in Apr. recorded a 16 percent decline in the division that includes the Xbox business in third quarter results.

The Entertainment and Devices division posted revenue of $1.62 billion, a 16 percent decline from the year prior.

The Kinect sensor has sold 18 million units in global markets.
