Nintendo Co. this week demonstrated Wii Fit U for the Wii U at the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

The trampoline exercise allowed the user to squat to execute a strong jump at each landing. In additon, users have to balance in the air to land on the red bullseye target for the highest impact. Each subsequent jump tosses the Mii character higher in the air to soar past virtual birds and blimps.

The activity provided a strong leg exercise with each squad required to have a stronger impact than the next.

The graphics engine held at 60 frames-per-second with simple Mii character and rendering in high-definition.

The Wii U will be released in 2012.
