Target Corp. stores this week began selling Sony Corp.’s Playstation Vita with a bonus game and memory card eight weeks after launch of the hardware in the U.S.

This week, customers who purchase the PS Vita Wi-Fi or 3G SKU will receive Unit 13 and a 4GB Memory Card at no cost.

The PS Vita, which sells in a Wi-Fi SKU at $249.99 and a 3G SKU at $299.99, has sold 1.2 million units at global retail since late Feb.

Target in Mar. clearanced the PS Vita AC Adapter by 30 percent.
