NPD Group Inc. this week said Final Fantasy XIII-2 ranked as the second top-selling software title across all platforms in Feb. U.S. retail data.
Final Fantasy XIII-2, which began sale Jan., 31, is a sequel that takes place three years after the events of Final Fantasy XIII.
The final game utilizes an enhanced Active Time Battle system a new Feral Link system to deploy a tamed monster attack.
The title is sold in a standard and Collector’s Edition SKU.
The Collector’s Edition includes special digipack packaging, a 4-disc official soundtrack, and concept art book at $79.99.
