Nintendo Co. this week said Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii will be sold in the U.S. Apr. 6.
Developed by Monolith Soft, Xenoblade Chronicles is an science-fiction RPG adventure title that includes an open-world universe.
The final game will include customizable characters, upgrade system, relationship-building system, and a battle system that includes chain attacks and Arts spells.
It will be sold at GameStop Corp.’s online division at Nintendo.com at $49.99.
Nintendo in Dec. said it sold 4.5 million units of the Wii console in the U.S. in 2011.
The Wii install base stands at 51 million units globally.
