Amazon.com Inc. this week said it has entered in an agreement with Viacom Inc. to offer network content to the Amazon Prime Video division.
Under the agreement, Viacom will provide access to popular network content from MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, TV Land, and VH1 to Amazon Prime members.
Properties include Dora: The Explorer, iCarly, Chapelle’s Show, Hot in Cleveland, and Jersey Shore.
Amazon Prime membership includes free two-day shipping, access to the Kindle Owners Lending Library and instant streaming to thousands of Prime Instant Videos at $79.
Prime Video content can be streamed to the PC, Mac, Kindle Fire, and select TVs, set-top boxes, and Blu-ray players.
