Sony Corp. this month demonstrated Super Stardust Delta for the Playstation Vita at the Vita Hill Social Club media event in Los Angeles.
Super Stardust Delta, to be sold Feb 22., includes new touch screen controls to initiate special moves via the front touch screen or drag and drop bombs via the rear touch panel.
Touch controls were simple to initiate amid a ray of shooting action. The dual analog stick controls offered dart-like movement and 360-degree shooting options.
The graphics engine was vibrant at 60 frames-per-second. The handheld counterpart produced bright neon colors and explosions near exact to the console version.
The final game will include download content and gyroscope functionality to tilt and deploy bombs.
