Sony Corp. this week demonstrated Uncharted: Golden Abyss for the Playstation Vita at the Vita Hill Social Club media event in Los Angeles.
The preview build included the new Intu-Aim feature that allows users to utilize the hardware gyroscope to adjust the PS Vita and pinpoint enemy aim.
The feature worked well, with the right analog used to direct the crosshair in enemy space then subsequently utilizing Intu-Aim to direct an exact shot.
In addition, Intu-Aim can be turned off so that any movement of the hardware won’t effect standard aiming.
In addition, the title includes new touch melee options that require the user swipe in various directions to complete an automated melee brawl.
Uncharted: Golden Abyss will be sold Feb. 22 as a launch title for the PS Vita.
