T-Mobile Inc. this week said it will release Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.’s Samsung Galaxy S II in White this holiday.
The standard Black model was released in Oct.
The Samsung Galaxy S II includes a 1.5 Ghz Dual-Core CPU, 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 4G functionality, Samsung TouchWiz user interface, accelerometer, gyroscope, Media Hub, 8MP camera with 1080p HD video functionality, 2MP front-facing camera, NFC functionality, 16GB memory, HSPA+ 42Mbps functionality, and Google Inc.’s Android OS 2.3.5.
It will sell at $229.99 after $50 mail-in rebate and two-year contract.
T-Mobile in Oct. released HTC Corp.’s HTC Amaze 4G to the U.S. market.
The T-Mobile 4G network currently serves 100 major U.S. markets.
