AT&T Inc. this week said it will deploy Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 4G LTE Tablet to U.S. retail in-store and online Nov. 20.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 includes an 1.5Ghz Dual-Core CPU, 8.9-inch display, 16GB Memory, and 1GB RAM at $479.99 with two-year agreement.

For a limited time, customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 can receive a Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket or Samsung Galaxy S II at no cost.

Additional Samsung products offered via AT&T include the Samsung Infuse 4G and the Samsung Captivate.

AT&T Nov. 20 will concurrently expand 4G LTE access to 15 total markets, adding Charlotte, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The company plans to reach 70 million Americans by the end of 2011.

AT&T currently holds 98.6 million subscribers in the U.S.
