Verizon Wireless this week said it will sell HTC Corp.’s HTC Rezound with Beats Electronics audio Nov. 14 at $299.99 after two-year contract.
The HTC Rezound includes a 1.5Ghz Dual-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 4.3inch 720p HD display, 8MP camera with 1080 video recording, Google Inc.’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, HTC Sense, Beats audio technology, and 4G LTE functionality.
In addition, HTC said the HTC Rezound is ‘Ice Cream Sandwich Ready’ to support Android 4.0.
Motorola Mobility Inc. in Nov. will release the Droid RAZR to Verizon Wireless. It includes a 7.1mm thin chassis, 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz Dual-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera with 1080p camcorder, front-facing camera, 4G LTE functionality, and Google Inc.’s Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS.
In addition, the outer shell is made with Kevlar fiber to repel water and the Corning Gorilla Glass for scratch-resistant durability.
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. is expected to sell the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Ice Cream Sandwich this holiday to Verizon customers.
Verizon 4G LTE service offers customers 5 to 12Mbps download speeds and 2 to 5Mbps upload speeds in available areas.
