Apple Inc. this week opened its first retail store in Hong Kong at the International Finance Center Mall in the Central shopping and business district.

The two-story, 20,000 square-foot store includes a spiraling staircase and views of the Victoria Harbour.

The IFC retail store will be the fifth Apple Store in China.

Future locations may include Causeway Bay at Lee Gardens and Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Apple in July said it sold 20.34 million iPhones, 9.25 million iPads, and 7.54 million iPods in the third quarter.
