Pre-order sales for Microsoft Corp.’s limited edition Xbox 360 Limited Edition Star Wars Kinect Bundle warped to the top five sales at Inc. this week post announcement of the bundle SKU.

This week, the Xbox 360 Limited Edition Star Wars Kinect Bundle ranked as the No. 3 best-selling product at Amazon’s Video Games division.

The bundle will include a R2-D2 blue-and-white themed 320GB console, custom Xbox 360 Wireless Controller inspired by C-3PO, white Kinect sensor, Kinect Star Wars game at $449.99.

Kinect Star Wars will include motion control functionality to wield a virtual lightsaber, use The Force, pilot a pod racer vehicle or fire guns from an X-Wing.

The title will also recognize standard kick and jump functions.

This week, customers who purchase the Kinect sensor will receive a $25 Credit towards a future purchase.

It is concurrently offering a $50 Bonus with the purchase of the Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Bundle.

Microsoft in June said it has sold 10 million Kinect and 10 million stand-alone Kinect titles globally.

Kinect, released Nov. 4, sells at $149.99.

Kinect launch titles include Kinect Sports, Kinect Joy Ride, Kinect Adventures!, Kinectimals, Game Party: In Motion, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, Dance Central, The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout, and Sonic Free Riders.

Bundle SKUs include the Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Special Edition Bundle at $399.99 and the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle at $299.99.
