Microsoft Corp. this week said it will release Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary to the Xbox 360 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is a remastered high-definition version of the launch title for the original Xbox in 2001.

The title will include full Xbox Live functionality and seven remastered multiplayer maps.

It will be sold Nov. 15.

The previous title in the series, Halo: Reach, was sold in 2010.

Current Xbox 360 stand-alone SKUs include the Xbox 360 250GB hardware at $299.99 and the Xbox 360 4GB hardware at $199.99.

Bundle SKUs include the Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Special Edition Bundle at $399.99 and the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle at $299.99.
